A Soft and cool pudding is a so delicious dessert dish. Matcha is a nutritious and healthful food. Today I would like to give you one of the great ways to make Matcha pudding so that everyone in your family is young and healthy.

Material:

– 150gr of whipping cream

10g Matcha powder

– 200ml of fresh milk

– 50gr of sugar

– 5 gelatin leaves (2 grams/ leaf)

Making:

Step 1: Prepare glass jars for pudding. If you do not have glass jars available, you can use a cup or glass for pudding.

Step 2: Soak the gelatine leaves in 5-10p fresh milk for soft gelatine.

Step 3: Put gelatin, fresh milk, sugar and whipping cream on the stove.

Step 4: Dissolve Matcha powder with water. Add Matcha to the warm milk mixture, stirring the mixture slightly.

Step 5: Pour the prepared pudding into a prepared glass jar, let it cool completely and let it cool for at least 2 to 3 hours to freeze the pudding.
